K Lysine AAA, AAG UUU, UUC 2
R Arginine CGU, CGC, CGA, CGG GCA, GCG, GCU, GCC 4

The sequence is TNGTKR. (T comes twice, all others once)

The no. of sequence combinations possible  =\,_{2}^{4}\textrm{C}\times_{1}^{2}\textrm{C}\times_{1}^{4}\textrm{C}\times_{1}^{2}\textrm{C}\times_{1}^{4}\textrm{C}=6\times2\times4\times2\times4=384
