A) Let us consider my birth month is 07 and day is 20. So, the cut-off frequency of the filter is 720Hz.

Designed LPF is shown below. The cut off frequency is given by the equation:

c-25RC

If we take R=4.7 kOhm and C=47nF, which gives cut off frequency=720.48 Hz

B) 1X probe is more suitable for low frequency applications. In general, for few mili-units to few tens of unit measurement case, we use 1X probe. Just because, it does not reduce the signal's amplitude.

C) Precision resistor with code 4321F has a value of 4.32kOhm ± 1% tolerance.
