Hispanics in the United States comprise of Cuban,Mexican,Puerto Rican,South or Central American or of other Spanish cultures. While dealing with Hispanic employess or consumers, it is essential to make sure that no racist or rude behavior is conducted throughout the transaction. For years, Hispanic people have suffered from racism and rude comments on their nationalities and ethnicities, especially in the United States.

Sterotyping Hispanic people as loud and dirty is one of the most common social evil that is being faced by the Hispanic people for years.Being sensitive towards the language barrier and not looking at it as a sign of incompetency is extremely important.

Apart from that, emphasing the cultural diversity in the Hispanic community instead of generalising it also very essential.

It is observed that many Hispanic immigrants are less educated than their U.S counterparts. They live a pretty marginal life in the country on minimal wages and low paying jobs. Therefore, it is importnt to be considerate towards them.
