There are certain factors which motivate me to do my best work :
- Recognition : The recognition which I receive after performing my work in the best possible manner drives me to domy best work.
- Self Satisfaction : Self satisfaction achieved after accomplishing the work in the best way drives me to do my best work.
- Award : Award presented after doing my best work.
- Monetary Benefit : The monetary benefit presented to me drives me to do my best work.
- Relationship with the manager : My good relationship with the manager also drives me to do my best work.
- Association with the firm : My strong association with the firm drives me to do my best work.
Relationship with the manager always motivates me to do my best work. As my good work also benefit my manager. If my manager cares about me and my requirements,I also try to do whatever he asks for in the best possible manner.
