The companies require change in order to remain competitive into the market. The world is changing very rapidly. The customer’s needs and requirement, their taste and preferences are changing rapidly and hence in order to get synchronized with the market and customer flow it is very important for the companies to change themselves as per the requirement. Change is very necessary for any organization for sustaining into the market. We have seen lot many organizations which have lost their credibility into the market despite of being very large dominant in the in the world. For an example Kodak, Nokia and other companies which did not get change with respect to time got out of the market.
If we talk about pressure of change then when the company changes itself then employees gets the pressure of it. This is because employees the change process forces the employees to come out from their comfort zone which is very difficult for the employees. Further the changes bring in new challenges to the employees. There are confusions, misunderstanding, resistance etc which increases the pressure on the employees. There are a steps to adopt and execute and implement the change process and if it is not done accordingly then the change make get failed and all the pressure may come to the employees.
