I post this twice, please don't duplicate answer I need two different views. Thanks

Discussion: Paleolithic Diet

What to do:

It has become a trend for people to start following a paleolithic diet similar and each the way our ancestors did. Please research the paleolithic diet and comment on whether or not you believe this trend to be a fad and how hard it would be to follow this way of eating in our modern fast-paced world where fast food reigns.

Plaeolithic Diet is means consumption of fruits, vegetables etc raw. It means avoiding processed food and even dairy products, grains, salt, sugar etc. It basically means eating what the cavemen used to eat.

There has been no evidence whether this diest helps in weight loss or not. However there has been reports of weaknesse, headaches and diarrhea.

Another view for the same answer is, some argue that human body haven't changed much from the Paleolithic time. They say that because of their eating habits, they were provided with nutrients naturally. Where people today take medicines for eveyeveryt, Paleolithic people didn't need any medicine.

However, in today's time where mostly people eat outside, to follow Paleolithic diet seems difficult. Mostly people are traveling and have to grab a sandwich for survival.
