Answer :- Causative agent if cutaneous leishmaniasis is Chichaoua, province, Morocco. It is a type of parasite. The disease leishmaniasis is spread by the bites of sandfly. As cutaneous leishmaniasis is know to cause skin ulcers. It is known to be single celled parasite and transmitted by bite of phlebotomine sandfly.

Clinically it is manifested on exposed parts of body such as arms, face and legs are usually effected, typically lession is seen on exposed part of body and these are not painful but are associated with disease.
