Answer:

Communicable diseases are the diseases which is transmissible directly from one person to another, that is, it passes from one individual to another individual. They are generally caused by bacterias, viruses or any other pathogens. Eg:- Malaria, AIDS etc.

Non-communicable diseases are the one which are not transmissible directly (does not spread) from one person to another. They include Hypertension, Most heart diseases, Chronic kidney disease, Allergies, Catarct, Strokes etc.

Communicable diseases can spread from direct contact but they are inherittable, that is they can not be passed from 1 generation to another by heridity. Whereas, Non-communicable are heritable also; that is, it passes genetically from one generation to another.
