A. Apply pressure just below the artificial eye. This is the way eye prosthesis is removed.

B. Store artificial eye in container filled with 0.9% saline or distilled water to prevent drying.

C. Cleaning artificial eye with 3% hydrogen peroxide can be done for 10-15 minutes before storing

E. Retract the upper and lower lids for insertion. The upper lid is retracted to insert the prosthesis and then the lower lid is retracted to position it into the eye cavity.
