The 7th reaction catalysed by Phosphoglycerate kinase and the 10th reaction catalysed by Pyruvate kinase are involved in the substrate level phosphorylation. These two enzymes work in Payoff phase of glycolysis (Oxidative conversion of glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate to pyruvate and the coupled formation of ATP and NADH.
