Managers and coaches hold a position of responsibility and it is necessary for them to be involved in critical decision making every day in their jobs. Hence, it is necessary for them to understand the criticality of their positions and be able to make appropriate decisions without having to miss out on a lot of them and ensuring encompassing maximum of the decisions. Hence, the need for self-organization cannot be undermined for managers and coaches. Managers and coaches should be able to organize and plan their activities such that they effectively use their time and maximize their efforts at work. The self-organization will allow managers and coaches to devote time for the majority of the issues which need their attention and will allow them to work efficiently.
Without self-organization it looks fairly impossible for managers to grow in their career and without self-organization managers will only be able to survive for a little time. It is needed to inculcate the habits of self-organization which will help managers to constantly grow professionally and personally. Self-organization will also add value to the lives of managers and coaches and help them lead the way in their career as effective leaders. Hence, one cannot undermine the importance of self-organization in the work and real life of managers and coaches.
