Answer #1

answer-

The four major counterarguments against the right to due process are-

Freedom argument which argue the illegitimate and unrequired restrictions on freedom of employees to set the conditions of their own work. They should have the right to bargain over the conditions of their work.

Fairness argument which argue that if it is fair that employees without just cause can left the job then it is also fair that employers can fire employees without just cause.

Property rights argument which argue that due process put illegitimate restriction on the property rights of business owners .

Efficiency arguement which argue that employees will be more efficient and productive when they are faced with fear of dismissal.

for example- if i am sales manager and tell sales people that if they are not able to achieve thier sales target then they will lose thier job.
