The process is based on separating divergent and convergent thinking styles, so that you can focus your mind on creating at the first stage, and then evaluating at the second stage.

    The first step is self-awareness.
    Detach yourself from the problem.
    Use a framework, a system, to guide your thinking.
    Show empathy.
    Promote diversity of point of views- avoid group think.
    Focus on the right input and stimuli.
