1. Great leaders must be confident , must have knowledge on the subject and must be able to motivate others by their speech and actions. They must be composed and must have the ability to make others listen to them which comes from experience. They must be ethical and must follow what they preach to set best examples for their teachings. These characteristics makes a leader great .
2. Leaders must become good examples to make their employees learn from them and get motivated. They must be able to show the employees the outcomes of the work and the benefits it would give them so that the employees will be influenced to follow their path and complete the work for the benefits.
