Women who engage in paid work outside of the home are empowered women. But they still think that they won’t be able to perform certain tasks that the men do.

14. Women may leave abusive relationships is a likely consequence of female empowerment

One of the most important things about empowerment is economic independence which helps women decide their lives for themselves. Earlier, they had to stay with men who are abusive because they were economically dependent on men. Today, they are able to earn and live on their own.
