A constitution is a set of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a state or other organization is governed. These rules together make up, i.e. constitute, what the entity is. The constitution provides protection to its citizens.

  • "Aliens," legal and illegal, have the full panoply of constitutional protections.
  • All American citizens have the constitutional protection.
  • A U.S citizen terrorist do enjoy the constitutional rights
  • Other states terrorists does not enjoy the constitutional rights
