The correct option is (a) Non-disjunction at meiosis I in the formation of eggs.

It is because klinefilter syndrome is a condition in which males are born with extra X-chromosome.In this case, one egg receives both of the X-chromosome and the other one receives none. When this egg with two X-chromosome fuses with a normal sperm, it forms a condition of klinefilters.
