Answer #1

Ethics are tricky because they depend on a person's mentality and it differs from person to person . What one feels correct might seem wrong to the other. Hence it is difficult to determine ethical bahviour expecially in work places.Ethical business culture is the ethics followed in a business and it might not be same for every business. The way they perform activities and negotiate depends on the rules set by the management and the way they execute them.

As a person who has the authority to set up ethics in the organisation we need to set rules which are acceptable to everyone. We must not be biased towards single group or culture. We need to include all the cultures so that no one is harassed. A business environment which makes all the employees comfortable to work in is the business with best ethical culture.
