When an economic opportunity is opened up to the social groups that are under- served in the economy is known as economic inclusion.

Whereas, the political inclusion refers to the term that measures the extent of accessibility of all individuals in an economy in the institutions of democracy.

Therefore, none of the above is the right answer because of the following reasons:

(1) Pluralism in a democracy means that holding 2 or more positions at the same time, which means individuals are accessible in the institutions of democracy.

(2) Protected property rights are the rights that have been given by the government to the under-served social groups in the economy. Therefore, it supports economic inclusion.

(3) Creative destruction if the innovation of new technology or products and supports economic inclusion.

(4) Furthermore, rule of law is the influence or authority of law in an economy that supports political inclusion.
