GLUCOSE is considered as main source of energy for the brain and nervous system. It is essential source of energy for all activities of body. Our brain and nervous system requires maximum energy in our body for efficient functioning . Common source of glucose is carbohydrates rich diet . If our brain doesn't get sufficient glucose than common symptoms like headache, blurring of vision, weakness, fatigue, etc arises. So we require glucose and oxygen as well to protect brain from injury.
