Vaccine are agent which resembles to a particular antigen structure so that can activate and educate immune system for that pathogen .

Humoral means blood imune immune system which consist only antibodies so vaccine which activates humoral response act only on antibodies

Vaccines for cellular responses include vaccines which activates T cell (t helper ,T cytotoxic )

Developed epitope for HIV antigen are capable of activating both systems
