Answer #1

How does a decrease in blood sugar affect the level of glucagon in the body for a type II diabetic?

answer. When blood sugar levels drop, the pancreas releases glucagon to raise it. This balance helps provide sufficient energy to the cells.

What happens to the blood sugar level immediately after injecting insulin in a type II diabetes?

Answer.  insulin is a way to control your blood glucose level.

Which molecule causes blood sugar back down to normal levels?

This is the complex interplay between insulin and glucagon.

Thus answering these three questions we can understand how negative feedback works. insulin causes blood glucose levels to decrease, as would be expected in a negative feedback system. However, if an animal has not eaten and blood glucose levels decrease, this is sensed in a different group of cells in the pancreas: the hormone glucagon is released, causing glucose levels to increase.
