Ans- It was during a job which i was doing but i did not felt any excitement in doing my work. It was like somehow i went to office so that i would get salary which i needed the most at that time. Herzberg's theory states one motivational factor is the meaningful work and when one does a meaningful challenging work which helps them to grow in their career then they are satisfied with themselves and the job they are doing and the same thing happened to me as i was not satisfied with my job and i was demotivated completely and i felt like i was not growing in my work and was stuck in that job which i did not wanted to do. It took everything out of me. I was frustrated because of this and did not talked properly with my friends or even with my colleagues. I always seemed to be in anger and because of this nature of mine nobody wanted to talk with me and so somehow i manged to save some money and i just left that job and gave a break to my career and this helped me a lot and i developed myself with time.
