1. Managing time and meeting objectives like making students learn, working on their shortcoming, completing their practices, coming on time, etc. becomes a crucial thing in a music institute where the work is equivalent to recreation and having fun. In this scenario it becomes important to manage the time table and limit working of each student accordingly.

2. Giving time to each thing in life is important. Spend quality time with each and balance needs and time with everyone.

3. Leadership and management skills are listening to the needs of students, knowing their shortcomings, maintaining individual profile of each student, etc.

4. Frequent jam sessions, small competitions, are source for motivation.

5. Jamming, light music nights, etc. are ways to deal with work pressure.

6. Difficulty was when a student was constantly feeling bad that she is not able to sing nicely. Constant rehearsals also were not leading to positive results.

7. Passes for music concerts, competitions within employees, recognition, etc. are different ways to motivate the employees

8. Support can be evaluated with the number of enrolments in class and competitions.

9. I have tried to instil benefits of music in minds of the people in order to change the community

10. A lot of people do not look at music institute as a good job. So, support received is 'fair'
