Describe a time in your work experience when you were responsible for resolving a pervasive and complex problem that spanned many organizational functions. How did you develop a solution or solutions that would satisfy many interdependent systems?
A time in my work is when I used to the manager of a small company and I have seen that companies were were unable to take decisions in an effective and efficient manner. This is because such decisions always lacked the morality or ethics. In other words, the decisions taken up are majorly not ethically sound. Hence, I decided to participate in a national level seminar and give a speech on the ethical decision making. This seminar was found to be groundbreaking and worked to bring necessary changes in the decision making of the several companies. Several companies even mailed me regarding the benefits they were accruing from the ethical decision making and it transformed their business over several arenas.
