I am drawing a glycerol molecule and reacting it with 1 saturated fatty acid, 1 monounsaturated fatty acid and 1 polyunsaturated fatty acid each .

After esterification they will form ester bond as shown in diagram with removal of 3 water molecules.

Labelling of ester group, ester bond is done by dotted line.
