Answer #1

Answer will be option B

Alex Fluor 488, < 550nm, Alex Fluor 647, >600nm

So Alex 488 allow lower wavelenth of 550nm which means high energy beam can pass which use for excitation purpose while Alex 647 allow greater than 600nm wavelenth light to pass as emission light or beam.

So excitation light should always be high energy and hence low wavelenth while emission should be low energy so high wavelength light.

Hope it's clear..thanks
