1.Efferent vessel - (H) Drains lymph node

2 . Medullary cords-(E) Lymphocytes deep in node

3.Cisterna chyli-(J) Saclike region of thoracic duct

4. Right lymphatic duct-(A) Empties into right subclavian vein

5.Red pulp-(C)-Splenic tissue containing red blood cells

6.Lymph node - (G)Full of macrophages and lyphocytes

7.Thoracic duct -(F)Empties into left subclavian vein

8.White pulp- (I) Lymphocytes surrounding trabecular artery

9.Lymph- (D) Fluid in lymphatic vessels

10.Afferent vessel-(B) Empties into lymph node

Organisation of Lymph node :-

- Lymph node is encased in a dense connective tissue capsule which extends as trabeculae into the inferior of the node. The outer cortex contains sinuses filled with lymphatic fluid and has germinal centers where lymphocytes are produced. Deep to the cortex is the medulla which protects medullary cords into the cortex. Lymph enters the node through afferent lymphatic vessels and drains from the node in efferent lymphatic vessels .
