The option "C" is the correct option from all options given in the question.

Reason-

There are some amino acids that stabilized the alpha helix while some amino acids destabilized the alpha helix. for example, Methionine, alanine, leucine, glutamate, and lysine uncharged all have especially high helix-forming propensities while amino acids whose R-groups are too large (tryptophan, tyrosine) or too small (glycine) destabilize α-helices. Proline is also destabilized the alpha helix because of its irregular geometry.

so from the above options most appropriate option is "C" because it is along the sequence and having desired amino acids which able to from alpha helix.

But in option "D" the sequence is very short so it cannot forms alpha helix.

In option "A" and "E" it contains a high number of Glycine which destabilized the alpha helix.

In option "B" it contains Tyrosine which destabilized the alpha helix.
