mRNA nucleotide consists of 150. Then the protein sequence must be of 30 amino acids. Because one amino acid is encoded by three nucleotides.

Then there is also found some intron sequences and also some UTR's region in mRNA. That's why most appropriate answer is 30 amino acids.
