Related genes like Operon is a cluster of genes which work under a common promoter. These genes are found in a cluster on chromosome.

RNA polymerase binding site acts a single promoter. Like lac operon gene contains genes Z, Y ,A. Which forms galactosidase, permease, and transacetylase.

Transcription is DNA to RNA .. it is regulated so as to prevent or increase transcription..and regulate gene expression. It is a vital process in all living organisms

DNA replication is carried out with high fidelity, so that the genetic information may get transfer correctly from one generation to generation. Proofreading activity is done byDNA polymerase III, which checks the attachment of the nucleotides to the correct base pair. mismatch found between the base pairing of the complementary bases is also corrected.

Transcription occurs in cytosol and fidelity is not important as discussed above.

Non coding ncRNA are not translated . They include miRNA, piRNA, siRNA.
