14. When antigen protein comes in the blood ,the B-cell ,binds with it with special antibody.

This leads to its CLONAL DIVISION leading to increased same type of B-cell.

Some of them gets differentiated into plasma cell (for production of antibody)

Hence ,it's clear that ANTIBODY RESPONSE IS B-CELL DEPENDENT.
