1. No cancer associated genes are important cell cycle regulatory genes. Mutation in those results in disregukation of cell cycle and cancer. If we remove the genes associated with cancer, the organism will lack it's essential genes and it would be lethal

2. Human haploid genome has 3 billion bp that is 3 *10^9 or 30 *10^8

If we want to sequence in 30 seconds 30*10^8/30

Hence for each second we have to sequence 1*10^8 bp approximately

3.in 1 line we can write 100 characters and

genome size is 3*10^9

Hence 3*10^9/100

3*10^7 lines are presentif each line is 1 cm long

We have to scroll (3*10^9 )*(1*10-2m)

3*10^5 meters

We have to scroll 300000 meters or 30000000 centimetres

4. Gene mapping can be used to identify genes associated with traits. Initially we have to do genotyping and phenotyping of organism and than we have to perform gene mapping to find out genes corresponding to human traits
