The cell contains various organelles like nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria plasma membrane endoplasmic reticulum etc. Differential centrifugation is the most common techniques for isolation of these cellular organelles. Centrifugation at different speed is used to isolate various organelles. The order of sedimentation is nuclei, mitochondria, lysosomes, plasma membrane, endoplasmic reticulum, and contractile vacuoles.

Cellular respiration is defined as the metabolic pathway that is carried out in the cells of organisms, the aim of this is to convert biochemical energy that has been uptaken from the nutrients from food into adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Glycolysis and the citric acid cycle are the two main pathway in cellular respiration.

Enzymes have a vital process of cellular respiration. They catalyze the reaction or affect the rate of a chemical reaction. Dehydrogenase is a common enzyme in the cellular respiration.  

Dehydrogenase is the enzymes that remove hydrogen ions and electrons from intermediates of the cycle in cellular respiration, which are passed to the coenzyme NAD (forming NADH). These hydrogen ions and electrons are later passed to the electron transport chain located on the inner mitochondrial membrane. This process occurs in both glycolysis and the citric acid cycle.
