Answer #1

Answer:

AMDR stands for Acceptable Macronutrient distribution Range.

This ranges from 10-30% of total protein intake, that equals calories.

This help individuals to identify and keep count of their calorie intake . Particularly, if they are dieting. These ranges are developed by DRI (dietary reference index)

The national academy of medicine helps to calculate these and calculate the recommended Dietary allowance (RDA)

The calculated RDA index says that 0.8gms/ kg/body weight.

At times even on daily basis we are unable to match the amdr range.

During that time,my included huge amount of Dietary protein should be consumed. Particularly , 14 grams of Dietary fiber for every 1000 calorie intake.
