The 4 major strutcures of the proteins that build up an enzyme are primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary strutcures of the proteins that forms the fully functional enzyme.

The bonds of the primary structure is the peptide bond in the secondary structure is the hydrogen bond in the tertiary structure it is the hydrophobic interctions or the electrostatic interactions and in the quaternaery structure it is either the hydrophobic interaction or di sulphide linkages or vander waals interaction.

The 4 major weak interactions are - Hydrogen bond, Electrostatic interactions or ionic bonds or salt bridges, Hydrophobic interactions and Van der waals interaction.

The alteration of the temperature or the charge or the ph of the surrounding environment affects the functionality of the enzyme to a great extant they actually affect the protein structure and causes the conformational changes in the proteins that makes the enzmye non functional.
