10. D Is not true about coenzymes

The coenzyme nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide NAD+ is a oxidising agent .It is not a reducing agent .It accepts electrons from other molecules and get reduced to NADH ( reducing agent ) which donate electrons.

Glucose reacts with oxygen and carbon atoms in glucose get oxidised and oxygen atom get reduced to form carbon dioxide , water and ATP as energy .
