Answer #1

Answer: In NFkB signaling pathway, molecules downstream of IkB kinase are B.TNFalpha, C.TAK1, D. IL-1.

In resting cells, NFkB associated with IkB protein. IkB blocks the transcription of NFkB.

proinflammatory cytokines such as interleukin 1 (IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) are associated with activation of NFkB signaling pathay.

TAK1 activates NFkB pathway by phosphorylating and activating of IKKs complex.
