Primase is a type of Rna polymerase

Rna polymerase copy the Dna strand in to Rna strand

Rna polymerase is more error prone than the Dna polymerase because rna polymerase have no proof reading.It is a slow process.

Dna polymerase

It is more quick than Rna polymerase.

Dna polymerase sythesis new strand of dna opposite to the template

The addition of nucleotides to the newly sythesis strand is more. Where as in rna polymerase the systesis is slow.
