Vitamin A is involved in maintaining normal vision of our eyes. The precursor of this molecule is beta carotene which is found in red and orange fruits like tomatoes, carrots etc.

Bile salts are synthesized by liver and are involved in digestion of fats.

Steroid hormones are involved mainly in maintainence of primary amd secondary sex characteristics in humans.
