Ans) I have attached the diagram representing the order of the markers along with the distance (in minutes) between the each transferred marker when conjugation occurred between F and Hfr strain.

You can observe that cys+ was already present in the F strain (0 minutes), after 9.5 minutes lac+ was transferred, 5 minutes after lac+, pur+ was transferred ( i.e 9.5 + 5 = 14.5 minutes) and so on.Likewise you have to calculate.

However,the bacterial chromosome is always circular

( The first diagram was just for better understanding and to avoid confusion) so the final result of the conjugation will be as follows :
