Question 1:

The purpose of this experiment is to denature protein using acetic acid. After heating milk when acetic acid is added to that milk protein denatures and becomes solid ( Coagulates).
This Solid mass will be separated and tested for % Protein content.
The next experiment will be to test the presence of protein in a certain sample by biuret test.
