The embryos are engineered genetically by introducing mutated ES cells and then these embryos are placed in surrogate mouse.The first generation will be completely hairless as they were born from the surrogate mouse with the genetically .engineered embryo.In order to carry this transgene from one generation to another,first generation are crossed with each other.
