This is basically a case of osmosis. Now in osmosis the movement of sovent takes place, in this case water. The movement of solvent takes place from a region of lower solute concentration to a region of higher solute concentration so that solute concentrations are equalized. Here glucose is the solute.

The concentration of the solute (glucose) inside the cell is 5M whereas outside the cell in the beaker it is almost 0. Thus water will move from outside to the inside of the cell and tend to equalize the glucose concentration.
