Ideal ways of losing weight includes balanced low calorie diet which includes low carbohydrates, high protein , healthy fats and vitamins and minerals.

Regular exercise for approx 40 mins.

Unhealthy way of losing weight include using diuretics which can help lose someone water weight but it is extremely unhealthy.

Total fasting is another unhealthy way of losing weight which can lead to starvation, deficiency of important vitamins and minerals. Losing muscles mass and can even cause fatigue in individuals.
