As per figures the the bacteria is not retaining the gram stain and it stained red by acid fast with catalase positive indication.  so

1. Based on the above observations the bacteria belongs to mycobacterium group.

2. The shape of the unknown is rod shaped

3. The unknown is not stained by gram stain

4. As it belongs to the mycobacterium and gram positive, the cell wall is thick with mycolic acid in its peptidoglycan layer.
