Any natural population does not follow all of the Hardy Weinberg assumptions at all times. These assumptions are considered to find out if the population is in equilibrium or not. And if not then what are the factors that are contributing to the change in allelic frequencies in the population.

In any population, all the genes of the genome can not follow Hardy Weinberg equilibrium because there might be some kind of evolutionary force that works on a natural population and causes some kind of change in its allelic frequency.
