A negative control is the one which does not show any reaction.

2. Because sucrose is not a substrate for catalase enzyme.

3. Hydrogen peroxide

4. Catalase

5. Tube 6

This is because there is high concentration of enzyme in this tube and we know that as the concentration of enzyme increases the rate of chemical reaction increases and therefore maximum number of oxygen Bubbles will be produced in this tube.

6. This is because, all the rate of biological reaction increases with the increase in concentration of enzyme, but it is up to a certain limit after which it becomes constant. This is because of the limitation in the number of substrate molecules. Although there are many enzyme molecules present in the reaction medium, but there are no more substrate molecules to bind to the enzyme molecules and get converted into product.
