1 gram of agarose should be added to the solvent to make 2% agarose gel in 50 ml of solvent. We should you 2 gram of agarose in 100 ml of solvent to make 2% agarose gel. When the amount of the solvent becomes half then we should add half amount of agarose which is 1 gram. So, in the box 1 should be placed.
