1. In the above experiment the use samples- glucose(monosaccharide),maltose,Sucrose & lactose(disaccharide) and starch(polysaccharide)

so it can be hypothesized that the east will fermantate the Glucose(monosaccharide) first

then it will fermantate the sucrose,maltose and lactose (disaccharide) and lastly it will fermantate the starch(polysaccharide).

2.I think that this experiment null hypothesis will not same as the control group or sample doesn't contain carbohydrate.So the null hypothesis will fail.
